❌ Do NOT submit iPhones or devices that require an Unlock Code
Supported IMEIs
All IMEIs accepted, regardless of their status with Metro
⚙️ Device Requirements
The device must display “NOT ELIGIBLE” when selecting “Permanent Unlock”
❌ Do NOT submit if the device shows:
“Server Issue”
“Connection Issue”
Or any message other than “NOT ELIGIBLE”
Device Types Based on Release Year
Newer devices (2019+): Check in Settings → Network Unlock
Older devices (pre-2019): Use the pre-installed Metro “Device Unlock” app
